The Mansion provides complete North Carolina destination wedding packages, hosts parties, motorcycle and car clubs, corporate retreats, large family reunions, and vacation groups.

The Mansion is located in Graham County, bordering the Smoky Mountain National Park. The famed Appalachian Trail traverses the county on its path from Georgia to Maine. The Mansion is located only two miles from Lake Santeetlah, the "Gem of the Smokies", whose shoreline is 75% national forest. Boats are available for rent; the view from the water is spectacular. It is difficult to describe the natural beauty, unspoiled by crowds - you truly need to see it for yourself.

At the Mansion, amenities include a mountain wedding chapel, outdoor wedding sites, a formal garden, wedding planning services, and catering for rehearsal dinners and receptions. This spacious retreat sleeps up to 20 overnight guests.
